About the course
This course is designed to provide individuals that handle open food the essential knowledge and understanding of good Food Safety Practice within a manufacturing environment. The aim of this training course is to provide candidates with a fundamental knowledge of food hygiene and to enable them to apply this knowledge to essential practical skills in order to prevent food poisoning.
The online course requires a minimum of 2 hours to complete in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions or done in one session.
Learners will have access to this course for up to 12 months from the date of joining. There is no time limit to complete the course during this period.
The assessment can be re-taken as many times as the learner requires at no extra cost. We must advise that the questions do change each time. This course is designed to teach as well as assess.
