About the course

“Let food be your medicine,” said Hippocrates. Be prepared for a change in not only what you eat but in your overall health and vitality too.

Food can be medicine or food can be poison.  When used as medicine it will allow the body to heal itself, as it was designed to do. Food is medicine if the food is whole, plant based food from nature – vegetables and fruits, whole sprouted grains, seeds, nuts, beans and legumes – these foods provide maximum nutrition and minimum calories.  Food is poison when it is processed, refined and replete with unhealthy fats, sugar and salt – what most modern people eat today and consider “normal”– as this pseudo food provides little nutrition and maximum calories.

The Raw Food Nutritionist Diploma Course will show you how you can supercharge your health whilst eating delicious nutritious food.

The course is comprised of 2 parts and 10 bonus videos.

Made up of 14 powerful modules in total, Part 1 guides you through what raw food is, how it benefits the body and how to incorporate a raw food diet into your daily life. There are also many delicious recipes that you can use straight away.
