About The Course

This course is a unique 6 hour online training course that mirrors Danielle's unique classes that are used by celebrities around the world. This course will teach you how to understand and practice Yoga, Pilates and show you Wellbeing techniques for a healthier body and mind

The course consists of 2.5 hours of Video Learning and a 3.5 hour Full Colour Downloadable Instructional Manual.

What You Will Learn

The Video Based Classes leads you through 6 short 10 minute, Toning, Yoga and Pilates workouts for a slim, strong body. It is recommended that you spend 60 minutes studying these and then 60 minutes practicing them.

They can also be used at any time as quick 10 minute solutions to sculpt the arms, tone the tummy, lift the bottom and define the legs. This comprehensive course includes 30 minute sections to teach you how to make Natural Skincare Solutions and Nutritional salads to complete your holistic fitness plan.

The Full Colour Downloadable 40 page Instructional Manual allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the course’. Health and wellbeing come from taking time to comprehend why we should exercise, eat well and relax and with this knowledge you will have the tools to look and feel healthier and happier.

Lesson content includes; the theory behind Yoga and Pilates, anti ageing Face Yoga exercises, how to do Energy Exercises, all about stress, how to do correct breathing, how to enhance health and wellbeing and how to improve eating and nutrition.

There are short 'quiz' style tests of between 1 and 3 questions at the end of each section to help you remember key points.
