The Opportunity

As part of their continued growth strategy, they are actively recruiting for tenacious and resilient experienced B2B sales professionals to join their already successful sales team. This is a consultative and strategic sales role where your will partner with their customers with the sole focus of helping them grow their business.

The Role

The working environment is very important to our client and they have made significant investments in developing theirs. You will be based in a recently re-fit sales department in their fantastic office location in Glasgow.

You will be responsible for the sales of an extensive range of business solutions to a range of business customers across the public and private sector.

Your role will be focused on developing long term relationships and maximising opportunities with qualified and self-sourced leads. This is a role where you will be working to set targets and KPIs. You will be given warm leads as well as sourcing quality leads, making informed cold and warm calls over the phone, generating new business by focussing on providing innovative and creative solutions. Once on board you will be the building long term relationships with the customer base, establishing their needs and providing business solutions.

  • Maximise all sales opportunities by using your exceptional product knowledge
  • Follow the full sales process effectively to meet customer expectations and exceed revenue performance

The Candidate

To apply you will require experience of and a demonstrable (brag file of evidence) track record of solution based B2B sales.  

We require sales professionals with the ability to build long term relationships with their customer base. You will be looking to work for a brand leader who invest in their staff, will develop your professional sales career and give you the opportunity of high earning potential for your hard work.

You will have a positive mental attitude with a real desire to work hard, achieve and be rewarded for what you do.

You will have a solid understanding of the sales process and solution based selling. You will be very money motivated with a high activity rate and a desire to over achieve. You will be PC literate and creative with the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales. You will have the tenacity to drive sales forward coupled with a real desire to work for a brand leader in their industry.

Experience of selling products such as advertising, data leads, office furniture, office supplies, franking machines, IT equipment, IT products, training, telecoms, financial products, digital print services or recruitment services.
