Administrator / Receptionist
We are looking for a full time Administrator/Receptionist to join our office team based in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, will be extremely well organised and be able manage their time effectively and efficiently.
You will be expected to have a great telephone manner as you will be assisting customers with their enquiries and directing calls to the relevant member of staff. You will also work closely with our Logistics Co-ordinator assisting with ensuring that deliveries and collections are successful. The role will also include some accounts work and liaising with our Office Manager on a range of duties. This is a varied and fast pace position that offers excellent job satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Structured and disciplined in the approach to planning and organising your workload and being able to work under your own initiative, without supervision.
- Some understanding of Sage would be useful but not essential.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
