Job Title: Manager on Duty / Health and Safety Assistant

Centre: Hadleigh Pool & Leisure

Department: Operational Management

Summary of Job

The suitable candidate will lead and develop South Suffolk Leisures Quality Management systems

Responsibilities to include

  • Directly responsible for the management of day to day operational staff
  • One to one and team meetings
  • Quality management systems
  • Lead on the customer insight programme
  • Assistant health and safety co-ordinator for the site

Contract Status: Permanent 

Salary: Ranging from £18,255 - £20,078

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week working on a shift pattern including shift and weekend working (Ranging from 06.15 - 22.15)
