This shop fitting manufacturer has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Contract Administrator, which has excellent administrative, organizational and time-management skills to become one of the key members of their team.

Working as a Trainee Contract Administrator you will be given the ideal opportunity to build a career in the construction sector as full training will be given, assisting in providing back office support for the Operations Team. Your duties will be varied and stimulating which will include; -

- Purchasing materials.
- Producing Operations& Maintenance Manuals.
- Creating Site Work Folders.
- Liaising with Suppliers.
- Data Entry.
- Maintenance of up to date health & safety records.
- General associated office administration / filling.
- Follow up quotations with suppliers and raise orders for approval.
- Answer Telephone / meet & greet visitors.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

As Trainee Contract Administrator, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Must be computer literate with experience using MS Office (Ms Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Must have a methodical approach to your work with a high attention to details.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task with excellent time-management skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Good problem solver.
- Excellent telephone manner.

The salary is an indicator depending on skills/experience. Full training will be provided.

Working hours: Monday- Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
