The exciting news for the UK is the announcement of the company’s very first Outlet Store for their flagship brand, to be located in YORK, and set to open in September 2017.
The challenge now is to build a retail sales team able to capitalise on this fantastic initiative. Such is the significance of this new store opening that our client expects brand fans and aficionados to flock there from far and wide!
Securing one of these in-store SALES ASSISTANT roles will be an exhilarating career move, giving you countless daily opportunities to impress, marketing a watch brand which visiting clientele will be inspired to purchase either for themselves or as gifts for their loved-ones.
Ideally you will already boast counter sales experience within the Retail Jewellery sector. The principal attraction of this new store for you will be the chance to become a Sales Ambassador for just one, very special, market name.
Candidates with backgrounds in other spheres of premium/luxury consumer goods are also encouraged to apply, particularly those with experience and/or keenness to sell merchandise that is not just aesthetically beautiful but also technologically advanced.
Whatever your background, you will be expected to observe the highest in-store standards in all areas, from business dress protocol to customer service to meticulous cabinet displays of our client’s distinctive watch collections.
One of your foremost strengths is the ability to sell. You may have benefited in the past from a good grounding in salesmanship, and our client will build upon this further with trade-relevant training, both from your future Store Manager as well as from other brand experts within the established UK business.
The in-store team will collectively be tasked with achieving a pre-set store turnover, while at the same time ensuring that the customer experience - from initial welcome, to specific brand knowledge and support, right through to final sale – is commensurate with the respect this manufacturer so rightly inspires throughout the world.
Once recruited, there will be no place to hide, with constant professional challenges presenting themselves. In return, you will feel an immense sense of pride in being associated with such a brand colossus of the watchmaking world.
