Asset Manager B2B (Customer Service) South West (Field-based) £20-22K plus transport provided Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for an Asset Manager for our linen business. Supporting the Account Management Team, you will be field-based and will work pre-dominantly in and around the South West areas. This role offers an excellent entry level opportunity for anyone interested in a career in Account Management. The primary role of the Asset Manager will be to visit our client sites and account for the linen stock held there. Whilst at the same time identifying potential areas of improvement in our customer service for that particular client. We operate in both the linen and workwear rental markets, pre-dominantly in the South East, but we are growing our geographical coverage. We have well invested production facilities and pride ourselves on offering a professional, quality and customer focused service to a demanding customer base. Our customers range from leading global branded businesses to independents. About You The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate key competencies and working parameters including: • People facing skills, • High standards of literacy, numeracy and IT skills (particularly Excel) • Accuracy and attention to detail • The ability to learn all aspects of the linen business • The ability to work independently. Previous experience in this field is an advantage given the customer facing elements of the role. A full clean driving license is essential. About The Role • Basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience. • 20 days holiday plus Public and Bank Holidays. • Transport provided, laptop, phone. Full support and industry knowledge training will be given.
