Customer Service Job Coventry Your new role This position will involve managing a large amount of outbound calls to lapsed patients in a timely manner. You will follow a communication 'script'. You will identify the opportunity to rebook patients back in to clinic through incentive offers. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Keep records of all conversations on their database. Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience in a customer support role, have a track record of over-achieving quota, have strong communication skills, have familiarity with CRM systems and practises, ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. You must have your own vehicle as it is not accessible by public transport. What you'll get in return You will have a temporary position based in Coventry for approximately 10 to 12 weeks. You will have a basic annual salary of £15,000 along with commission. Annual FTE of £21,500 to £25,000.
