My client is looking for a Assessment Centre Manager to cover two sites, Yeovil & Weymouth, they will be looking after a team people working for the department of work & pensions. Client Details My clients operates within the health-care industry, they carry out assessments to decide whether or not someone is able to work. Description The role of an Assessment Centre Manager will include but not be limited to the following: Manage the staff in an effective way, so that the work load gets completed to an effective and timely manner. Investigate any complaints from customers, and escalate them where necessary Support the training and development of the staff, and ensure there are high levels of morale. Control the Administration work, ensuring that it is all accurately processed to the due dates. Profile The candidates my client will work with must show the following skills and attributes: Exposure to Customer Service/Operational Management. Must have your own means of travel. Positive work mentality. Great understanding of how to motivate and manage teams and individuals. Exposure to the health-care industry in an Operational form is desirable.
