Senior Mechanical Designer Engineer, civils, water industry – Salary dependant on experience, great package - busy long term projects – St Helens An established and successful civil projects business is looking to add further engineering skills to complement the existing team. The right people for these roles will be a degree qualified mechanical engineer with good experience in the Water industry. You will have strong communication and design, detail and analysis skills. Responsibilities Delivery of mechanical engineering designs to agreed budget and timescales Check and review of technical specifications and requirements Consider current legislation when producing designs ad specs Liaise with projects and clients from the water industry. Essential Degree in mechanical engineering Drawing and calculation design and assessment Ensure quality on design and delivery for all projects Previous experience in the UK water industry with emphasis on wastewater and treatment Organisational skills Engineering, analytical and problem solving skills Desirable Chartered engineer Civils or construction qualifications Rewards £dependant on salary Pension Holidays Extra benefits Key skills Chartered Engineer, civil engineering, design, detailing, analysis, water, utilities, MICE, eurocodes, CAD, geotechnical, CDM, mechanical design.
