We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer service adviser to join our team based in Bristol About the Role This role is to provide customer service in our exciting busy Customer Protection Team and help shape great service to our customers. Joining a team of friendly, supportive and hard-working individuals who passionately believe in putting the customer first. You will: Support Inbound and outbound calls until a resolution is achieved, dealing with customers first point. Provide Administrative assistance, processing email and post received. Managing our customer journey, identifying failure points and bringing these to the attention of your manager and peers to work towards resolution. Understanding customer feedback and what is important to our customers. Sharing learning’s and feedback with colleagues and partners. Key knowledge and attributes include: Customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone Experience of working within an office environment is highly desirable, although strong experience within another professional customer-facing role would be considered, i.e. retail Positive attitude and passionate about meeting our customers’ demands Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions in a customer-focused team environment Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Good attention to detail 5 GCSE qualifications at grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent) preferable Knowledge of Financial Services Regulation is preferred.
