What are they looking for?

They are now seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and professional Business Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the Finance and Insurance performance of the business, and support the unit sales to maximise volumes.

What you will be doing

- Supporting the implementation and management of the sales process
- Ensuring effective and graded referral of all customers to a Business Manager by way of Sales Manager Instruction or Sales Executive request
- Managing the taking of all deposits and monies, accurately completing appropriate records and procedures
- Supporting Sales Management in all aspects of stock control
- Management of completion of ITC output, documentation and returns
- Management of handover procedure incorporating scheduling, paperwork and payment
- Completion and control of all finance related documentation
- Management of FSA compliance to ensure company ethos of treating customers fairly
- Completion of sales information incorporating Close-it, Gemini, Evolution, Deal Track and Google Documents
- Support real time management of all sales opportunities
- Provide support and guidance to staff on maximising sales executive performance
