Are you a Care Scheduler who would love to bring your passion for care to an organisation that are dedicated to quality? Do you live close to the St Helens area of Merseyside and have a fantastic knowledge of the local area?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run branch, which has gained an amazing reputation over the years! They are part of a national, award winning home care and companionship organisation and provide a minimum of a 1-hour home visit to private clients. With an incredible low staff turnover, over 60% of the team having worked there for 2 years or more!

Would you love to know you have planned effective support to an older person within your community?

As a Care Scheduler, you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Identifying suitable matches for clients.
  • Scheduling companions, weekly and monthly rotas.
  • Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work.
  • Identifying recruitment current and future needs.
  • Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis.

What experience and qualifications will you need?

As Care Scheduler, you will have at least 1 year’s previous experience within a similar role and have excellent organisational skills. You will also, ideally be a car driver. Quality is key, and you will be ensuring your clients have only the best support, from a companion they trust.
