Assistant Finance Manager Ref: req48670 Position: Assistant Finance Manager Location: Bristol (Avonmouth) Customer: Multi Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Closing Date for Applications: 27th November 2017 For the role of Assistant Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that you own the delivery of the trading performance of the contract and the efficient management of all accounts in line with customer requirements. Responsibility for raising purchase order requests, payroll submission, raising external sales invoices and internal revenue and cost cross-charges. Key Responsibilities in this role will include; Produce Weekly Variance analysis of costs and KPI's Maintain and ensure integrity of all reported data sources - Budget/ Forecast/ Actuals (financial and non financial information) Support in period end process for the operation Reconciliation of DHL Accounts to ensure correct recovery of charges Involvement in compiling the budgets/forecast Transport Ensure integrity of fixed asset records; provide information to support asset replacement decisions Challenge and support site to ensure fully compliant with DHL processes and procedures Assist in the development of processes within the department to ensure efficiency and accuracy To produce weekly and monthly statistical data for the business reports and any other ad hoc reports as required Ensure all colleagues pay and pay reports are carried out effectively Ensure all payroll reports and information is accurate and timely Key skills and experience in this role will include: Excellent organisation skills Purchase Ledger Experience General Ledger Experience Excellent interpersonal skills Detail oriented, accurate and thorough Excellent influencing, motivation and communication skills Advanced MS-Excel Skills Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Professionally Qualified or working towards CIMA or equivalent What will you get in return?
