The client are a 5 house builder that specialise in the development of retirement apartments throughout the UK with a regional office based in Surrey that covers developements throughout Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on an ongoing development in Slough consisting of 6 storey traditional build and RC frame apartment block containing 50 x 1 and 2 bed apartments. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Slough. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £42k package. Responsibilities Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months. You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
