Experienced Graduate Civil Engineer required for Civil Engineering consultancy in Norfolk. Your new company In your new job you will be working for a consultancy that has been established for 20 years. The organisation is predominantly a Civil based consultancy however there is a Structures team including chartered engineers that work alongside the Civil Engineers on the various projects. The projects that the company cover include residential, educational and commercial. The residential projects range from 6 - 100 houses and valuation into the multi-millions. The organisation are seeking an experienced Graduate Civil Engineer. This job is available due to company growth and team expansion to under take more challenging and exciting projects. Your new role In your new job you will be working alongside the current Civil Engineers and technicians and reporting to the Senior Engineer. You will get to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects in and around East Anglia. You will be responsible for drawings and the calculations and working with the team to ensure project delivery is the best level it can be. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this job you will need at least 2 years design experience working to relevant codes and standards. You will need to have experience using AutoCAD and MicroDrainage software, it would be advantageous to your application if you had the ability to use Civils3D too. A relevant degree qualification is required however if you hold a relevant HNC/HND qualification instead then this can still be considered in the application.
