We're looking to appoint a Telesales/ Careers Adviser to join our dynamic and successful team based in Fareham. We're experiencing rapid growth in sales of our fitness courses and diplomas and we need to expand our team with someone who's committed to going the extra mile to achieve results.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise and develop your sales and communication skills within a fitness B2C environment.
As a Telesales Adviser your enquiries will be generated from warm leads, and you'll build rapport with potential students to identify and offer suitable training opportunities so they can build their careers within the fitness industry.

- Proven experience of success in a sales role by demonstrating targets have been achieved or exceeded
- A confident and friendly manner
- Excellent communications skills
- A 'can do' attitude
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- A consultative sales approach coupled with strong closing techniques
A background or interest within the fitness industry would be desirable but not essential, although you will need to gain a thorough understanding of our products within the Schools of Personal Training, Pilates and Nutrition.
