The Good Neighbours Network works across Hampshire and Portsmouth, on behalf of the Dioceses of Winchester and Portsmouth. The offices are in Portsmouth but travel across Hampshire is an essential element. It is funded by Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and the NHS.
