Team We currently have an opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join us here at Endsleigh. Reporting to the Office Services Manager, the successful person will cover all aspects of the Office Services department, primarily in the print and post room areas. Role Normal working hours for the Office Services Assistant will be Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5pm, however there is a need for flexible cover. Keeping systems and spreadsheets up to date will be a key requirement in the role- there will also be some heavy lifting involved. Other duties will include: Sort, distribute & deliver all incoming mail Sort and dispatch outgoing mail Completion of on-line “docket” details for our chosen distributors Record incoming courier deliveries/ Royal Mail Recorded and Special Deliveries Monthly postal account figures Internal stationery delivery Support the internal print role – to include printing/finishing company flyers/workbooks etc. Support the Customer Communication print role – to include customer letters, cheques, certificates etc. In the event of machine breakdown, liaising with engineers Some spreadsheet completion Person The successful Office Services Assistant will be organized, reliable and professional and will enjoy working in a team orientated environment- but also able to work on their own initiative when required. Good communication skills are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work to the required timescales/ deadlines are key. Microsoft Excel skills will also be required. Previous use of Ricoh and Xerox printers would be useful, however full training will be given.
