Finance support / Finance Analyst / Admin & Finance / Admin support / Finance analyst / Finance support / admin assistant / finance assistant My Client is seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Assistant for their growing business. Based near Marlow, your role as Finance and Admin Analyst will include following tasks as well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the MD: · Finance – creating Purchase orders, maintaining purchase ledger and credit control, bank reconciliation, and financial data input using Xero software. · Admin duties · Inventory management – check goods and order · Maintaining policies / procedures · Reporting & Project tracking – Maintaining collaboration database, Maintaining CRM system, Training material, producing reports from the databases as required. · General admin support – arrange and attend staff meetings, take minutes of meetings when required. Organise travel and accommodation for the organisations visitors and staff. Maintain filing system. Assist the MD in preparation of policies and procedures and technical documentation. Dealing with correspondence and telephone queries. You must have the following experience to be considered for this role: · Detailed and organised approach · Previous commercial experience in finance support and admin support · Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal · Excellent professional email & correspondence communication skills · Proficient in MS Office and Excel. · Experience of on-line accounting system (Xero or similar) This role would suit a flexible and highly organised individual looking to join a company that offers growth and career progression.
