Our client is a UK leading Specialist in network services, dedicated to providing comprehensive wireless solutions that are cost effective, efficient and optimise business performance ultimately resulting in profitability. As a UK leader in the field, they provide an extensive range of services, utilising both radio and 4G communications from planning and surveying to installation and maintenance.
As a result of continued business growth they are looking for a high calibre sales manager to be a key player in implementing plans for further expansion. Based in Newbury, this exciting, new role will be responsible for achieving annual customer acquisition, sales revenue and gross profit targets through the design and implementation of appropriate sales plans. They will also lead and manage the sales team, monitoring their performance, and implementing development activities to ensure individual and team success.
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, they will have a proven track record of designing and implementing sales plans and consistently meeting or exceeding targets and profit margins. To be successful in this role, the right person will be well used to achieving business results through effective people management of the sales team. They will also be highly competent at building and promoting long lasting professional relationships with prospects and customers.
This is a full time role with a national geographical scope, so regular travel and the occasional overnight stay are all part of the job.
