Blue Box Medical Ltd are currently seeking a part time (5 days per week) Credit Controller / Finance Assistant.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Financial Accountant.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Preparation of daily cash summary
  • Customer Receipts to SAP
  • Daily funding notifications
  • Electronic sending of customer invoices
  • Credit control, including pro-active P&L Function, invoices and payments
  • Currency bookings
  • End of month reconciliations/funder notifications
  • Prime journals including expenses
  • General office administration including filing
  • Archiving
  • Assist Financial Accountant to develop paperless systems
  • General help and assistance as required
  • Petty cash monitoring

Profile

The successful Credit Controller / Finance Assistant will have:

·         A background in Credit Control

·         Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

·         Good IT skills including MS Excel & MS Outlook
