Recruitment System Administrators - Bakewell
Salary: Starting at £18,261 p.a. rising to £21,585 p.a plus pension
Trac Systems Ltd provides the recruitment system of choice to more than half the NHS Trusts in England and Wales. All of our marketing is done through word of mouth referrals from existing clients and in the last two years we have on boarded an average of one new Trust per week.
Due to this continuing growth, we are regularly looking for dynamic, hardworking staff to join our friendly team of Recruitment System Administrators.
Based in our busy offices on Deepdale Business Park, the majority of your work will involve operating the Trac Recruitment System and supporting users of the system (recruiting managers and recruitment staff), via telephone and email, to provide a premium service.
You will need to have:
• Excellent computer skills with recent experience of using web-based systems
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Evidence of team working skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Problem Solving Skills
