This is an exciting and interesting role in which you will be responsible for supporting the HR administration processes for Abbeycroft Leisure.
You will work closely with the HR Manager, providing an effective and efficient HR administration service, as well as being the first line of contact for all general HR enquiries. You will be working mainly with the Midland iTrent HR/Payroll system, administering the recruitment process, assisting with all HR administration and inputting payroll changes - previous experience of using the system is desirable but not essential.
You should be highly organised, able to work under pressure to meet payroll deadlines and have a good understanding of HR processes. You will be self-motivated with a proactive approach and “can do” attitude. You will be able to manage a high and varied workload and able to work on your own initiative and ne able to communicate well; and be keen to learn.
- Ideally we are looking for applicants who have the Certificate in HR Practice.
This post will be mainly based at the Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre but will be required to work at any of Abbeycroft Leisure’s facilities in order to meet the needs of the service.
