Floating Support Co-ordinator - Western area.
Hours / Contract: Full time hours available per week, permanent.
Remuneration: £19,539 to £22,854 per annum
1. Working, Voluntary, or Personal knowledge of supporting people who have ASC, communication difficulties and associated complex needs.
2. Working knowledge of Supporting People framework and the Quality Assessment Framework.
3. Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of one year, with access to their own car with business insurance on appointment.
