The ideal candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Account Coordinator is a person who is personable, outgoing and has the ability to coordinate the digital marketing of multiple client accounts. You should be very competent using the IT systems including Mailchimp and Hootsuite with a good understanding of how to schedule campaigns and report on the outcomes.

You will have extensive experience of digital marketing, ideally within the technology or education sectors. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Lean Startup, and Design Sprint would be useful, though not essential. You will be a technology enthusiast with a passion for understanding the wants, needs and motivations of your audience which will be essential as you develop a digital marketing strategy that matches the companies ambitions for growth, engagement and retention, as well as the objectives of our customers.

The role has 2 main parts.

First part is to Lead on the content delivery for digital marketing campaigns by liaising with customers to find out more about their organisation, products, services, and audience so you can assist them in driving brand awareness, generating new customer leads, and increase engagement and retention among existing customers through social media and email. In addition, you will overseeing and coordinate photography and content needed for the production of the printable marketing materials we offer them.

Second part is to Manage customer accounts ensuring they are onboarded, engaged and getting the maximum value from their software subscription. You'll do this by contacting customers regularly and checking on their progress and organising any further support or training needed. Digital Marketing Account Coordinators will be required to work with the product team to provide insight that will steer the development of future products and services created by the business.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital strategies across a number of communication platforms including MailChimp, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Intercom, WebinarJam and the company website
- Manage and segment contact data ensuring relevant communications reach the target audience throughout the sales funnel in a timely fashion
- Design and produce copy for marketing emails, social media, and blog posts that are captivating, thought-provoking, and encourage readers to take action
- Facilitate webinars and podcasts with team members, associates, schools, and business partners to share their expertise with external audiences
- Coordinate video and photography needed for marketing activities
- Conduct research and A/B testing alongside digital marketing projects to continuously develop knowledge and skill
- Contact press, business partners and event organisers to coordinate joint articles, marketing and press opportunities
