LOCATION: Milton Keynes, Buckingham
JOB TITLE: Administrator/Trading Assistant
SALARY: 24k per annum (20k for 4 days) + pension scheme
WORKING HOURS: Part Time – 4 days a week- no weekends (Tuesday and Thursday are fixed days and 2 other days to be agreed) 09:00 to 17.00 (1 hour for lunch)
THE COMPANY: Our award winning client is a UK leading Wholesale Group based in Milton Keynes. They are now looking recruit an Administrator/Trading Assistant.
The position will be required for a minimum of 3 months (MATERNITY COVER) and is a part-time role

The role involves working in a small team within the Trading Department and dealing with various aspects of administration.

If you are to be the successful candidate we are looking for, you will have previous experience in an administrative role. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as the role entails a large amount data entry, working to strict deadlines.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good excel and word skills, an excellent telephone manner and a willingness to learn.
Key experience essential for the role: Administrator/Trading Assistant (MK5)- Milton Keynes, Buckingham
Experience of working in an Administrator or Trading Admin Assistant role is essential
Good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
To be flexible in your approach to work
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Experience of Axapta or MS Dynamics AX desirable but not essential
Good Microsoft Excel & Word skills is essential
Able to commute to Milton Keynes, driving license and access to vehicle is highly desirable
