Maintenance / Grounds Operative (B1 points 13-17)

Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round, Permanent
Salary £16491 pa - £17772 pa - 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Required immediately to assist in the maintenance and day-to-day running of the grounds and buildings. The post will require some flexibility with possible evening and weekend working, as necessary, on a rota basis with the rest of the team.
The successful candidate will:
- have experience of grounds maintenance work
- have basic technical repair and maintenance skills and an understanding of basic safety and security measures
- be able to deal with day to day issues using own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- have knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and precautions including fire regulation requirements
- hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- be committed to continuous professional development
