They are looking to recruit a motivated Trainee on a 6 month fixed-term basis to gain exposure to a number of different finance responsibilities in order to develop a career in Finance.

You will learn all aspects of the Finance Systems to enable you to support different areas within Finance and also the Business Units.

Tasks will include varied data maintenance and support /implementation of initiatives.

Your Profile:

You will be interested in developing a career in Finance and have the willingness and motivation to develop new skills whilst learning on the job.

You will have strong skills in Excel and you will be generally IT literate with excellent communication skills externally and internally; and you will enjoy working as part of a team.

As the role develops, they want to encourage you to become internally customer-focused and assist with business unit initiatives, expand your analytical skills and provide support during the change of financial systems.

You will be analytical but commercially minded and willing to take a proactive approach while having the ability to manage projects independently.

An understanding of financial policies and the Balance Sheet is desirable.
