Salary: M3 £37,306 pro rata (actual £33,217)
37 hours per week term time + 2 weeks

Icknield High School is a highly successful multi-cultural 11-16 comprehensive with Academy status, situated in pleasant grounds on the northern outskirts of Luton.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and committed Human Resources Manager to provide high quality professional support to the School. The key duties will involve offering advice and guidance to the Leadership Team on a range of HR issues and play a lead role in the development of efficient and effective working practices across the School. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills which can be deployed in a wide range of contexts and a sound knowledge of employment law.

Hours are 37 per week, term time plus 2 weeks which would include School INSET days.

Ideally any applicant would have a background in School / Education Human Resources but this is not essential as support will be provided to the successful candidate.
