We are looking for two individuals to lead busy accounts teams for a fixed-term period during a system implementation. You will be able to demonstrate your recent, relevant accounting experience across a range of duties and roles.  You will have experience of working in a business with an annual turnover in excess of £100M and either have experience of P2P or Accounts Receivable with multiple invoicing models or complex payment methods.

In addition to relevant finance related experience, supervisory experience is essential as is experience of system and processes change. You will have a sound knowledge of VAT, financial system controls and excellent IT skills, in particular advanced Excel skills as well as excellent motivational and organisational skills.   

You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, an aptitude for problem solving and a positive and flexible approach to change including the ability to influence others.
