A leading garden health company is looking for a Technical & Development Manager to manage, control and develop product formulations and regulatory stewardship across a variety of garden health products.

You will be based at the company's site in Cambridgeshire working with the Technical team to support innovation, technical asset creation, regulatory compliance and adding commercial value to garden health products across all markets.

You will also be involved in product development, quality & product stewardship, innovation & project work and training staff.

There is also a small commercial element to this role that will require you to work with European and global partners to develop opportunities for the garden health products that you have developed.

This is great opportunity for you to work with a friendly and supportive business that has a clear vision for their future development. It would suit candidates who have a degree in chemistry of similar, previous experience in product development and excellent technical knowledge. You will have worked with agri-chemical, chemical, biocide or household products in the past and have experience in formulation chemistry.

A UK driving licence is essential, as is the ability to undertake some domestic and overseas travel.
