Service Administrator Coordinator

Salary: £18,456 - £19,745 pro rata
Contract: 1 position (Maternity Cover), 18 hours a week. 9am - 3pm.
Based at Dementia Resource Centre, 18 Bells Road, Stornoway

The post of Service Administrator Coordinator is an integral part of the Service and they are often the first point of contact people with dementia and or their families have with our service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include Administrative and Finance Tasks including invoicing and Pay roll processing. Good interpersonal communication and telephone skills are essential as is a high standard in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), e-mail and internet usage.

We look are looking for a unique person to join our busy team who is able to demonstrate they can meet the requirements above as well as work cooperatively with staff.

Successful applicants will have a positive approach to dementia and an understanding of the organisation's aims and values.
