This is an opportunity to join a multinational automotive company operating for over 60 years.

The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the branch team providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face, telephone and external interaction.

The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental service back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support to their branches. Key responsibilities will include:

Outstanding Customer service, sales of optional products and protections, dealing with calls and preparation of vehicles.

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with confidence
- Essential core competencies include flexibility and a strong work ethic
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills would be an advantage
- Must be fully authorised to work in the UK
- Must have a Full valid UK drivers license with no more than 6pts

The position meets UK minimum wage criteria

On site parking available, Must have a Full valid UK drivers license with no more than 6pts, ideal candidate must live or be able to commute to Hereford.
