Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major private sector client in the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Customer Experience Manager to be based in London for an initial period of 06 months with possible extension

Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Location: London

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 06 months with possible extension.


  • Analyse end to end journey on website.
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Workshops with users.
  • Stakeholder management with numerous managers
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Workshops with users
  • This will be done using User Research and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • They will also have proven results in previous roles where they have improved poor customer journeys and can show proven commercial results because of changes they have made.
  • This person will be reviewing product areas and developing customer journey roadmaps end to end from beginning to buying the product at the end.
