Due to increased business requirements, our client, a highly successful and well established M&E Contractor, have an immediate need for an experienced A ccounts Administrat or to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within a close knit, busy office environment, the successful candidate will be an experienced all rounder, who can assist equally within accounts, administration and reception. Duties include: Preparation of sales invoices and customer statements. Processing of customer & supplier payments on a timely basis. Handling of customer & supplier account queries. Assisting management with credit control and reconciliation of accounts. General bookkeeping. Assisting with various projects as required. Various administration duties. Providing cover within accounts office as required. Liaise with other members of the team and senior management. Criteria: Previous experience working within a finance department. Proficient in the use of Sage 50, Sage 200 and Microsoft Office. Grade A-C GCSE/Equivalent qualification in English and Maths. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be dependable, have a willingness to learn, with good analytical skills. Applicants for this position must have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail.
