Care Home Quality Improvement Manager Up to £40,000 37.5 hours per week Regional role covering West Sussex Leading Healthcare Provider Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Quality Improvement Manager for a leading care home group covering care homes in the West Sussex area. The group delivers a range of services from elderly residential and nursing care through to specialist care. The Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join the group. This is a pivotal role and as the Quality Improvement Manager your key responsibilities will include: Visiting care services in the West Sussex area and conducting audits based on company and CQC standards Completing inspections and follow up visits, and producing reports to document your findings Setting timescales and completion dates for the improvements required Supporting the growth and development of the services. The Person We are seeking candidates with the following skills/qualifications: NMC registration Excellent clinical, analytical, and auditing skills A strong working knowledge of the regulatory framework The ability to collect evidence in an objective and measured manner, with an honest an open approach when completing the report/feedback. A car driver is essential Salary The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum. This is for a 37.5 hour working week. This is a regional role and you will visit a number of services across the West Sussex area.
