Customer Service Executive

TSYS Managed Services EMEA (TMS) are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executive to join our Credit Services team in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes. You’ll communicate with customers about issues with their credit card payments, using your skills and initiative to negotiate and advise on a suitable resolution. You’ll need to be empathetic and a good listener, and you'll get a great sense of satisfaction from knowing you've made a difference to a customer by helping them take the first step towards resolving their financial issues. The successful Customer Service Executive will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings. Main Responsibilities of our Customer Service Executive Advising on, Completing and processing payment plans. Setting up direct debits. Building and maintaining customer relationships. Inbound and Outbound calls dealing with queries from customers who may be over their credit limits, missing payments and in financial difficulty and assisting them to resolve these issues. Processing debit card payments. Complaint handling including resolving and logging of complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary. Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training. Adhering to FCA/Lending standards board guidelines. Raising and potential problems with management and the appropriate teams. What we are looking for in the Ideal Customer Service Executive Previous experience within a customer focused role over the phone or face to face is desirable however onsite training will be provided.
