Customer Service Manager Ref: req74151 Role: Customer Service Manager Location: Milton Keynes, MK5 Status: Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract Grade: RCS N Salary: up to £30,000 Depending on Experience Closing Date: 2nd April 2019 Are you a dedicated customer service professional? Do you have a passion for cars or the automotive industry? Do you have a customer first attitude? We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to play a critical part of the day to day operation for our client's Press account who are responsible for delivering all of the new product launches for each brand. The role will be the main escalation point for the account team and manage the relationship between the brand and Inside Track. Other duties include: Team Management of the customer service team including, HR duties, 121's and day to day management. Complete monthly invoice's chase where appropriate. Hold weekly team meetings to update teams and help with resource management. As the Customer Service Manager it is essential you are customer focussed with demonstrable experience effectively managing stakeholders, both internal and external. It goes without saying you will need brilliant communication skills both verbal and written. If you have experience in the automotive industry that would be ideal. All we ask from you is that you have: A good level of IT Literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications. Team management experience. Strong administration skills.
