The Customer Experience Team Leader The role of the Customer Experience team is to delight, support and give advice to customers with regard to the use of Xero. In this role as Customer Experience Team Leader, you’ll lead the Customer Experience team members and ensure both the team and our customers are well supported. We’re looking for a true people manager to actively influence and motivate team members in an inspirational manner using strong communication skills. In this role, you’ll empower and motivate the team to meet productivity and quality metrics on an ongoing basis. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a positive, participative and enthusiastic manager; and you’ll need an energetic approach too What you’ll bring… A strong background in managing a team of customer experience specialist with the ability to monitor and motivate a highly skilled team. You will ensure that all team members are fully trained to the highest possible standard, have the tools they need to perform the role and able to provide an excellent level of customer service for our accounting partners and direct small business customers.
