Shift Maintenance Engineer LOCATION: Worksop, Nottinghamshire REFERENCE: TSLGJ1865 SALARY & BENEFITS: Negotiable, depending on experience. WORKING HOURS: 12 hour shift pattern working on a 3 week rota (4 day weekend every other week) THE COMPANY: Since 1958, the passion for continuous development and implementation of improved technical solutions has been the driving force of the success of the Schütz group. SCHÜTZ (UK), part of the global Schütz group, was established in 1992 and is the sole UK subsidiary. Due to department expansion we seek to recruit a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join the existing team. THE ROLE: Based at our modern facilities in Worksop, the successful applicant will work within the Engineering team to ensure the smooth running of all site equipment. Working in a busy team of engineers, they will have experience of working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities / Duties for the Shift Maintenance Engineer to include:- • Install, test, examine and maintain various site machinery • Understand and use safe working practices • Work with the site teams to improve equipment OEEs • Keep Engineering information up to date in line with ISOs • Ensure production interruptions are kept to a minimum THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and pro-active. They will be flexible, dynamic and logical. Schütz (UK) are looking for someone who is communicative and a good team player. Key skills and experience for the Shift Maintenance Engineer position based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire: • Apprentice trained • Must hold as a minimum Grade C in Maths, English and Science • Multi-skilled • Ability to analyse and fault-find • Computer literate • Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Does this sound like you?
