247 Professional Health are currently recruiting for experienced Learning Disability Support Workers in the Wigan area. Weekly pay for learning disability support workers is - £7.83 to £16.20 per hour paid via PAYE or Limited Company and there is no charge for pay roll. This role is ideal for experienced learning disability support workers wanting either full time flexible work or just 1 or 2 shifts a week. Some of the shift patterns you could work as a Support Worker are: 7.30am-7.30pm, 7.30am-2.30pm, 2.30pm-7.30pm, 8am-8pm, 10am-6pm 7.30pm-7.30am, 8pm-8am 247 Professional Health offer Support Workers: Working for a reputable agency - Established since 2008 Weekly high rates of pay paid every Friday You can get paid via PAYE or via your Limited Company Advanced block booked shifts Optional work place pension scheme Provided Uniform, ID badge and regular timesheets Last minute shifts, when you find yourself available at short notice Flexible hours that you can change to suit your needs week by week Free Basic Life Support & PMVA Training Courses designed for all Support Workers On-going Staff Development - Qualification opportunities, specialised training courses We will update your Mandatory training for FREE Support from our consultants 24 hours a day 7 days a week Refer a friend scheme - Earn £500 for a nurse or £25 for a HCA/SW Terms apply Discounted Gym Membership & Sportswear clothing at selected storesTerms apply As a 247 Professional Health Learning Disability Support Worker you will be working within a residential setting offering care and support to individuals who have mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning needs. The main responsibilities as learning disability support worker are to assist providing an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive and caring environment for individuals and to encourage their social, physical, emotional, intellectual and moral development so that they may realise their own potential. Furthermore, to work to high professional standards of support, care, control and supervision. You will be working as part of a dedicated, professional, and friendly team in a busy and demanding environment, so it is essential you are well organized and able to learn quickly whilst providing person centered approaches to support and promote daily independence meeting both health and social needs.
