The main purpose of this post is to be part of a team of support workers who are promoting a needs-led outcome- focused residential service meeting “Valuing People Now” principles and working within the mission statement and value base of Ivy Care to achieve the highest possible standards.
You will be required to support the Service Manager in providing a quality service to the people we support. As such, you will meet the personal support needs of the service users in a way which promotes dignity, privacy, respect, community integration and community participation. You will need to be flexible with your working hours as you will be required to work weekends on a rotational basis.
In return we can offer 28 days annual holiday, a work based pension, free parking, 12 week induction and mandatory training in addition to attaining level to 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care.
