Crisis Same Day Couriers are an independent courier and freight forwarder centrally located in the Midlands. We have been established for over 20 years and the business has gone from strength to strength. In 2015 we successfully turned over £9 million and made in excess of 500,000 deliveries.
We have a great opportunity for someone looking to move into an office admin role and/or strengthen on their existing administration skills. The role will be predominately based in the accounts office but you will be expected to assist in all areas of the business.
Duties will include answering the telephone, responding to emails, data entry on MIS systems, working with spreadsheets and general administration duties.
This is an ever-expanding role for the right individual, with the opportunity to progress within the business. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident and have great communication skills.
You will be IT literate with a good standard of GCSE's including Maths and English. Experience in a customer service environment would be ideal.
