On Track Education, Yarner
We would like an experienced teacher to lead the small team of education professionals at the Yarner satellite of our Special Independent School in Totnes, catering for vulnerable students with special educational needs aged 11-19 who are referred to us by local authorities and schools. A small number of primary students also receive education at the site.
The successful candidate will lead the Yarner teaching and support team to implement effective individualised education programmes to specific students in order to address their needs, their interests, their capabilities and to enable them to succeed and achieve. They will ensure the team take responsibility for the preparation, delivery and assessment of the students overall educational timetable as well as take responsibility for overseeing completion of the students’ plans and reports. They will also deliver sections of the education programmes to specific students including primary students.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £34,455 per annum based on qualifications and experience
Contract Length: initial 1 year contract
