We are a small but busy health & Safety consultancy who are looking for a dynamic, responsive and proactive individual to support the Managing Director and carry out daily administrative tasks in supporting the business and its consultants.

The chosen candidate must be able to work to a high standard in both Excel, Word and social media platforms. Experience or willingness to work with sage 50 accounts package would be an advantage.

Duties will include: - Preparing review reports in Exel Formulating safety management systems Annual review and revision of safety management systems Booking and Coordinating Client training needs Quality checking consultant audit reports and distributing to Clients Accessing sage with some credit control Occasional company marketing Answering phones and coordinating consultants.
