If you are a fresh-thinking, customer focused, challenge-hungry individual who is keen to learn and succeed, then this is the opportunity for you to shoot upward. A natural leader with a practical, hands-on approach and excellent people skills, you will motivate and support the development of the whole store team.

Our structured training will give you responsibility as soon as you start and help develop you through hands-on operational experience. Once you’ve got this initial phase of training under your belt, you’ll move on to learning about store operations and people management. You’ll be rostered in to work 47.5 hours per week, and because our stores are also open 7 days per week, usually from 8am - 9pm, we can offer you varied shift patterns.
