Customer Service Assistant
Based in Market Harborough, Deichmann Shoes is the UK subsidiary of the largest footwear retailer in Europe. Trading in over 80 stores around the UK and continuing to expand, Deichmann is establishing a major presence in UK footwear retailing over the next few years.
To support the growth of the business, we are currently looking to recruit to the following full time position:
Customer Service Assistant - £15k
Required to undertake and support various activities completed within the Customer Services department to support our network of stores. This will include responding to customer queries relating to both online and high street sales, plus completing other administrative tasks.
The role is varied and would suit individuals who are enthusiastic, flexible and motivated to work in a team orientated setting. Ideally you will have experience of working in a Customer Service setting, and therefore have strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner. You will have the ability to deliver outstanding service, and be confident in handling and resolving customer enquiries.
Additionally you will have an eye for detail, be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines.
Initially your hours of work will be 8.45am – 5.15pm. On completion of training you will work on a rota basis covering the customer service window of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Going forward and as the business expands, there will be a need to adjust hours to include evenings and weekends.
